All prices are $USD and do not include travel/Utah State Sales taxes and applicable county taxes if necessary.

We travel within Utah and won’t charge for any travel within 50 miles of the photographer's home location. Check below for pricing and details for each service we offer. We are able to travel all across the United States to capture your story and will include all travel costs in the final quote that we send to you. We DO NOT do major retouching as we believe in capturing who you are in the moment. If you would like certain edits past what we have delivered we will bill at $20-$80 an image depending on what you require. You’re more than welcome to bring pets, as long as they are leashed, able to respond to commands and if you have treats with you for them. Please reach use contact form if you have more questions.

  • Travel: The first 50 miles from the photographer's home location are included in the service. Beyond 50 miles, there will be an additional mileage charge. Check our Travel Policy 
  • Size: up to 15 people. More then 15 people will be $10 for each additional person. This is to account for extra time to shoot large groups and more editing time.

We understand how hectic your schedule can become. You are managing your children's activities, travel plans, and an ever-growing to-do list.    
With hundreds of images stored on your camera roll, arranging a family portrait often falls lower on your priorities. Before you know it, years may pass without a unified family portrait. While you have numerous images, few are suitable for display in your home. At photography remembered we create images you want hung for all of the family to see. 

Location & Wardrobe Planning

We’ll pick a place that feels good to your family, so you can enjoy some time in each other’s company.  It could be your favorite park, on the streets of your hometown or in your own backyard.  There are also many beautiful areas that you may never have considered.  As a Utah family photographer, I know of lots of great locations to suggest. If you need help. I have a what to wear guide to help you. It’s a lot less complicated than you may think.

Family Sessions

I hope this day becomes a cherished memory, a time when you can slow down and focus on one another. Family portrait photography sessions are genuinely enjoyable! You’ll capture the moments you desire, showcasing all the special relationships along with the playful, tender, and spirited interactions. Approximately two to four weeks later, You will be viewing the final results the photographs! You’ll have the opportunity to select and decide on your orders, whether that be prints, art, albums, or digital files. Within a month, the portraits will be delivered right to your doorstep. You will possess beautiful images of your family to share and treasure for years to come. I am excited to get started!

Pricing & Packages

Our family session fee is $150. During your ordering appointment, we’ll review your portraits together and select the artwork that best suits your home. Every image you choose as a print includes its corresponding digital file, and additional digital images may be purchased for $125 each. Your experience includes a personalized planning consultation, a 45–60 minute session at the location of your choice, and expert guidance in choosing artwork that matches your style.

Professional Headshots

You have been considering a professional business headshot for your company website. You are seeking a mix of whimsical, intense images for your upcoming audition. Or, you need a social media profile picture that makes a strong first impression. Often, the ideal setting for a professional headshot is indoors. indoors photography offers numerous advantages, including complete control over the environment (no rain, wind, or shivering), fewer distractions (no need to wait for others to clear the area), and convenience (no early morning wake-ups for optimal lighting). This setup fosters a calm atmosphere, allowing you to feel relaxed, comfortable, and prepared for your close-up. As a headshot photographer based in Utah, I am available to travel to your home location for your headshots.

Location & Wardrobe Planning

For locations for your session you can choose to have it at my home base. Or you can choose to hold your session outside on location, incorporating nature and the architecture around you.  Your home or office are also possibilities. When you are ready to book your session, contact us and we will start with a consultation to plan the details.  We’ll talk about the styles you have in mind and the possibilities for your hair, and wardrobe. 

Headshot Session

For custom headshots, we’ll take about 45 minutes to work on creating several different images with different looks.  We’ll review the undeveloped images that day and choose the ones that you’d like to purchase.  As your professional headshot photographer, I will edit and retouch your shots and send you the high-resolution files and matching web-sized files as well.

Pricing & Packages

The cost for a professional custom headshot session is $70 for the seating fee, you will than have the option to purchase the image(s) you wish at $125 per image. If you need headshots for a larger group, perhaps a whole company, a particular division or the cast of an upcoming production, I am available to come to you.  Please reach out to us to discuss discounted pricing for volume headshot packages. Birthday Portrait Experience — $395
A fun and personalized two-hour session designed for children under 12.
This experience celebrates your child’s unique personality, milestones, and joyful moments in a way that feels natural, authentic, and full of life.

Your session includes:

  • A fully guided photoshoot (up to 2 hours)
  • 90 minutes dedicated to the birthday celebration
  • 30 minutes before the party for timeless portrait images of your child
  • A curated Viewing & Ordering Appointment
  • Access to our exclusive print collections, wall art, and birthday card designs
  • Optional: If booked in advance, we can spend 30 minutes designing your custom birthday invitations or cards
  • A complimentary 5×7 portrait as a keepsake

Printed artwork and digital files are purchased separately during your Ordering Appointment, allowing you to choose only the portraits you truly love.

If your event is located more than 50 miles from your selected photographer, please review the travel policy. Additionally, we have included a FAQ section below to address the most frequently asked questions.

Vendors

If your event will include additional vendors, such as a DJ or videographer, please inform us so we can coordinate with them effectively. Additionally, if the DJ plans to use any type of laser lights, please be aware that we will need to pause photography due to the potential damage it can cause to our camera equipment.

FAQ

We recommend booking as early as possible, ideally 1 month in advance. For family shoots, headshots, kids photos. For wedding and events ideally 8-12 months in advance. This ensures availability on your desired date and allows ample time for consultations and planning. 

We believe in quality over quantity. You will view a carefully curated selection of the finest images captured during your session at your ordering appointment.    Professional Headshot note: During the session, you will typically select your preferred image for the headshots.

For outdoor sessions we may have to reschedule. If snow is really bad for safety of the photographer we will would also need to reschedule.  

YES, We sometimes capture behind-the-scenes footage for promotional purposes; however, this is not included in our package as it is typically recorded on a mobile phone. If you would like to receive this footage, please feel free to let us know. Additionally, you have the option to opt out, your privacy is important to us, and if you prefer not to have the footage shared on social media, we fully respect your decision.

YES, we will showcase your pictures and utilize them for advertising purposes. Additionally, we may share sneak peeks and tag you accordingly. However, we typically wait a few days after you have received all your photos before posting them, whether in full or in part, on social media. Additionally, you have the option to opt out, your privacy is important to us and if you prefer not to have the images shared on social media, we fully respect your decision. Additionally, we would like to clarify that not every photoshoot will be shared, and this does not guarantee that we will post some or all of your photos on social media.

Yes, you can as long the dog, pet is completely under control, responds to commands, and will respond to commands we give it too. We’ve grown up around dogs and cats, we understand that they can be a big part of the family. But if we feel unsafe, threatened by the animal or the animal remains uncontrolled then we have the right to cancel the session do to personal safety.


Our payment policy is here. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances in order to book the date and time of the session. It is due upon booking and the remainder of the payment is due the day before the session. It cost nothing for the consult call/email/message.

We only suggest one outfit, unless your a small family less than 5 and would like to have an outfit change during our family session. Just because it takes too much time to change and takes away from the time you could be having photos taken.
